These terms apply to all purchases made in this shop. They follow EU consumer protection law and do not limit any rights you have under mandatory local legislation.
Ordering
A purchase contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email. All products are 100% genuine ABENA products manufactured in Denmark. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is out of stock; any payment is then refunded in full.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown including VAT. The price shown at checkout is final — there are no hidden fees. Payment is processed over an encrypted connection by certified payment providers.
Delivery
We deliver within 1–3 business days in Tbilisi and 2–5 business days across Georgia. Delivery is free for orders over 150 ₾; below that a flat delivery fee shown at checkout applies.
Right of withdrawal
In line with EU distance-selling rules you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. For hygiene products the sealed packaging must be unopened. Contact us and we will arrange collection and a full refund within 14 days.
Complaints and warranty
You have a statutory 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. If a product is defective, contact us with your order number and a description — we will replace the product or refund you, including any return costs.
