Delivery times
Orders placed before 15:00 are dispatched the same business day. Delivery takes 1–3 business days in Tbilisi and 2–5 business days elsewhere in Georgia.
Delivery cost
Delivery is free for all orders over 150 ₾. For smaller orders a flat fee is shown at checkout before you pay.
Discreet packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. Neither the box nor the shipping label reveals its contents.
Returns
You may return any product within 14 days of delivery. Hygiene products must be in their unopened original packaging. Contact us with your order number and we will arrange pickup.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.
